Closed court cases, July 18-22

    The following are the closed cases in Wiscasset District and Superior Courts for the week of July 18-22. All information was provided by the Lincoln County Clerk. All sentences are served at Two Bridges Regional Jail.

    Angie Jordan, 40, of Whitefield, guilty of OUI (Alcohol). She was fined $700 and had her license suspended for 150 days. Also guilty of Violating Conditions of Release.

    Robert Noyes Benner, 33, of Wiscasset, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release and Failure to Stop for an Officer. Took a deferred disposition plea on two other charges, Eluding an Officer and Operating While License Suspended or Revoked. In another case, Benner was guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, Obstructing the Reporting of a Crime, and Disorderly Conduct, Loud, Unreasonable Noise, Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, two counts, and Violating Conditions of Release. Benner also took a deferred disposition plea on Domestic Violence Assault. Another Domestic Violence Assault case is pending.

    Felichia Glidden, 24, of Washington, guilty of Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs.

    Breton Berry, 54, of Boothbay, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to 24 hours in jail.

    Jacob Tillman, 23, of Woolwich, guilty of Impersonating a Public Servant, sentenced to 48 hours in jail. Also guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, with a prior, for which he was fined $500, and Violating Conditions of Release, for which he will serve a 48-hour sentence.

    Jeffrey Calden, 32, of Jefferson, had probation revoked for Operating After Habitual Offender Revocation, two priors. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail.
