The day you’ve all been waiting for is almost here! The annual Five Mile Yard Sale on Cross Point Road in Edgecomb will take place on Saturday, Aug. 12. The Edgecomb Community Church, located at the intersection of Eddy and Cross Point roads, will be open at 8 a.m. to participate in this annual community event.

Along with a diverse collection of special yard sale treasures, the church will be selling delicious homemade baked pies, cookies, sweetbreads and hearty New England baked beans. The Edgecomb Community Church Thrift Shop will be open with a selection of men’s, women’s and children’s clothing along with a variety of household items. Tickets for the church’s Mission Outreach Gift Baskets Fund Raiser will also be available for purchase.
