The Boothbay home Maine First Lady Ann LePage purchased in 2014 is up for sale. Coldwell Banker Plourde Real Estate has listed the three-bedroom home on Firth Drive for $409,000. Mrs. LePage purchased the property for $215,000.

According to Boothbay tax records, the 2,200-square-foot colonial home is valued at $333,400. The home was built in 2002 and sits on a two-acre lot. The house has 2.5 bathrooms, a two-car garage and access to the Damariscotta River. According to published reports, the property was in foreclosure when Ann LePage purchased the home. Prior to the purchase,  the couple looked for years to purchase property near the ocean.

“We’ve been looking for that great deal and finally found it in Boothbay,” Ann LePage said Aug. 19, 2014.

The LePages sold their Waterville home in 2010, after the former Waterville mayor and Marden’s executive won the governorship. Ann LePage said in 2014, the couple plans to spend their winters in Florida. They own a home near Daytona Beach, Florida, according to published reports.
