Certified Yoga Therapist Janet Foster will discuss the crucial role physical movement has in our ability to feel well and enjoy life. The simple and consistently proven fact is when we move, we feel better. The presentation will introduce gentle but effective movements that easily become part of daily activities. Coffee and desserts will be served.
