The following are closed cases in the Lincoln County Courts for August. All information was furnished by the court clerk. Unless otherwise noted, all sentences are served at Two Bridges Regional Jail.

Dustin Thiboutot, 40, of Boothbay Harbor, probation violation for Tampering with a Witness, Informant, Juror, or Victim; sentenced to the Department of Corrections for five years, all but 18 months suspended, probation for three years.

Barbara Masterson, 65, of Bulverede, Texas, guilty of one count of OUI (alcohol) for an incident in Wiscasset, sentenced to jail for 364 days, all suspended, probation of one year, fined $500, and license suspended for 150 days. Deferred disposition on a second count of OUI (alcohol) that resulted in an injury.

William Bourget, 55, of South Paris, deferred disposition on one count of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, and one count of Possession of Sexually Explicit Material, stemming from an incident in Edgecomb.

Tucker Lewis, 25, of Boothbay, probation violation for Burglary in an incident in Boothbay Harbor. Sentenced to jail for five years, all but 43 days suspended; probation of three years.

Maynard Eric Brewer, 53, of Southport, guilty of Criminal Threatening with a Dangerous Weapon, sentenced to two years in the Department of Corrections, all suspended, probation of two years; and Assault, fined $300, for an incident in Edgecomb.

Garreth Burnham, 34, of Southport, guilty of Criminal Mischief, fined $500, and deferred disposition for Domestic Violence Assault, for an incident in Boothbay.

Ryan Barter, 44, of Boothbay, guilty of Assault, sentenced to two years in the Department of Corrections, all suspended, probation of two years, for an incident in Boothbay Harbor.

Shawn Doyen, 36, of Edgecomb, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, sentenced to jail for 48 hours, and fined $500; and deferred disposition for Burglary, for an incident in Boothbay Harbor.

Travis Morton, 41, of Newcastle, guilty of Forgery, sentenced to one year in the Department of Corrections, all suspended, probation of one year, and restitution of $627.93; and Theft by Deception, sentenced to one year in the Department of Corrections, all suspended, with probation of one year, for an incident in Damariscotta.

Brent Chandler, 33, of Portland, guilty of Driving to Endanger, fined $575, license suspended for 30 days, and deferred disposition for OUI (alcohol), for an incident in Boothbay.

Shane Sykes, 28, of Waldoboro, probation violation for Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, sentenced to 30 days in jail, probation to continue, for an incident in Damariscotta.

Jene Sherman, 42, of Edgecomb, guilty of Reckless Conduct, sentenced to jail for five days, for an incident in Wiscasset. 

Russell Smith, 54, of Round Pond, guilty of Trafficking in Prison Contraband, sentenced to six months in jail; and deferred disposition for Criminal Conspiracy, from an incident in Wiscasset.

Belinda Bridges Barstow, 61, of Rockport, guilty of OUI (alcohol) with one prior; sentenced to 180 days in jail, all but 10 suspended, probation of one year, license and registration suspended for three years, and fined $700, for an incident in Damariscotta.

Travis Morton, 41, of Newcastle, deferred disposition for Burglary, stemming from an incident in Damariscotta.

Daniel Kelly, 61, of Woolwich, guilty of OUI (alcohol) with one prior, sentenced to 364 days in jail, all but 30 days suspended, probation for one year, license and registration suspended for three years, and fined $700; also guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, fined $250, for an incident in Wiscasset.

Scott Allard, 54, of Damariscotta, guilty of five counts of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer with priors, each carrying a sentence of 18 months in the Department of Corrections, for an incident in Damariscotta.

Albert Greenleaf, 62, of Westport Island, guilty of Assault, fined $600; and deferred disposition for Driving to Endanger, for an incident on Westport Island.

Donald Whorff, 53, of Lewiston, guilty of OUI (alcohol) with one prior, sentenced to jail for 10 days, license and registration suspended for three years, and fined $700, for an incident in Boothbay Harbor.

Jill Milliken, 36, of Augusta, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to jail for 48 hours, license suspended for 150 days, and fined $500, for an incident in Boothbay Harbor.

David Ryder, 63, of Rosemont, guilty of OUI (alcohol), fined $500 and license suspended for 150 days, for an incident in Boothbay Harbor.

Jonathan Costello, 28, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to jail for 48 hours, license suspended for 150 days, fined $500; and Failing to Notify of Motor Vehicle Accident, sentenced to jail for 48 hours, fined $150, for an incident in Boothbay Harbor.

Christopher Herald, 57, of Damariscotta, guilty of OUI (alcohol) with one prior, sentenced to 120 days in jail, all but seven days suspended, probation of one year, license and registration suspended for three years, and fined $700, for an incident in Damariscotta.

Jacob Tillman, 25, of Topsham, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to Androscoggin Jail for 72 hours, for an incident in Wiscasset.

Henry Moorhouse, 72, of Newcastle, guilty of OUI (alcohol), fined $500 and license suspended for 150 days, for an incident in Newcastle.

Peter Berry, 27, of Wiscasset, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, fined $500, for an incident in Boothbay Harbor.

Travis Wallace, 38, of Phippsburg, guilty of Trafficking in Prison Contraband, sentenced to 16 months in the Department of Corrections, for an incident at Two Bridges Regional Jail.

Tyler Dodge, 42, of South Portland, guilty of Domestic Violence Assault, sentenced to jail for 180 days, all but 15 suspended, probation of two years, for an incident in Wiscasset.

Liam Dworkin, 20, of Newcastle, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, fined $250.

William Dean Jr., 42, of Friendship, guilty of Violating Protection from Abuse Order, sentenced to 30 days in jail, for an incident in Damariscotta.

Travis Delano, 18, of Wiscasset, guilty of Attaching False Plates, fined $200; and Operating a Vehicle Without a License, fined $200, for an incident in Wiscasset.

Donald McKay, 58, of Edgecomb, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, fined $250, for an incident in Boothbay Harbor.

Nathan Yeater, 36, of Warren, guilty of Failure to Register Vehicle, fined $250, for an incident in Boothbay Harbor.

Evan Morrow, 23, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Failure to Register Vehicle, fined $150; and Operating a Vehicle Without a License, fined $150, for an incident in Boothbay Harbor.

Zachary Grant Mosher, 23, of Liberty, guilty of Attaching False Plates, fined $150; and Violating Conditions of Release, fined $250, for an incident in Boothbay Harbor. 

Alhadji Dean, 74, of Edgecomb, guilty of Failure to Register Vehicle, fined $250, for an incident in Boothbay Harbor.

Brian Main, 38, of Edgecomb, guilty of Fishing for or Taking Shellfish from Closed Area, fined $500, for an incident in Boothbay.

Nathanial Olson, 19, of Damariscotta, guilty of Operating ATV Under the Influence While Under 21, fined $500, for an incident in Damariscotta.

Thomas Pinkham, 50, of Jefferson, guilty of Negotiating a Worthless Instrument, fined $250, restitution of $175.41; a second charge of Negotiating a Worthless Instrument, unconditional discharge; and a third charge of Negotiating a Worthless Instrument,restitution $60.03, unconditional discharge, for several incidents in Damariscotta.

Peter Townsend, 35, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Burning Without a Permit, fined $100, for an incident in Boothbay Harbor.

Michael Knowles, 37, of Naples, Florida, guilty of Operating a Vehicle Without a License, fined $250, for an incident in Boothbay Harbor.

Hunter Norris, 20, of West Gardiner, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words, Gestures, fined $300, for an incident in Wiscasset.

Daniel Hassan, 42, of Boothbay, default judgement for Commercial Shellfishing without a License, fined $319, for an incident in Trevett, and Commercial Shellfishing Without a License, fined $319, for an incident in Nobleboro.
