The Lincoln County Democrats invite all interested voters to come to their campaign headquarters on Saturday mornings between 10 and 11 a.m. to talk informally with a local candidate while enjoying Barn Door Bakery goodies and coffee. The gatherings are free.

The first Coffee with a Candidate this coming Saturday, June 23, will feature Chloe Maxmin of Nobleboro, who just won her primary contest for House District 88, which includes Jefferson, Whitefield and part of Nobleboro.

On Saturday, June 30, voters can sit down for a chat with Laura Fortman also of Nobleboro, candidate for Senate District 13, representing all of Lincoln County except for Dresden.

Wiscasset and Alna voters can meet with Jason Putnam on Saturday, July 7. Putnam of Wiscasset, is the Democratic candidate for House District 87.

The Lincoln County Democrats Campaign Headquarters is located in the second floor of the Overlook Building at 521 Main Street in Damariscotta, across the street from Round Top Ice Cream in the space formerly occupied by Spectrum Generations.

Information on future Coffee with a Candidate Saturdays and other “meet the candidate” activities can be found by checking the calendar on the http://lincolncountydemocrats.com website.
