Gordon Neal Hyson Sr., 71, died from duodenal cancer on Oct. 21, 2018.

He was a true Mainer who was born, lived and died in the Boothbay Harbor region. He enjoyed their trips to Disney World and spending time at their camp in Western Maine. And, he especially enjoyed their trips to England and Scotland. He was a bit of an anglophile, loving everything about the British, especially Winston Churchill and Devon cream. Gordon was an avid reader of history and politics.
