Kathleen “Kat” Lewis, 62, of Vassalboro, formerly of Boothbay, died December 23 at Maine General Hospital in Waterville.

She was born November 18, 1950 in Los Angeles, Calif., to Otis and Naomi Knight Self. Kat grew up in Southern California and attended local schools. She served in the Army National Guard in the 1970s.
