Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office: 3 arrests

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to 228 calls for service for the period of Oct. 3 to Oct. 10. Year to date, LCSO has responded to 8,775 calls for service.

Summonses

Dylan Murphy, 26, of Bremen was issued a summons Oct. 3 for Criminal Mischief, on Waldoboro Road, Bremen, by Deputy Kasey Doyle.

Christopher J. Sidelinger, 38, of Whitefield was issued a summons Oct. 8 for Operating after Suspension, on Wiscasset Road, Whitefield, by Sgt. Scott Hayden.

Arrests

Jacob L. McInnis, 39, of Somerville was arrested Oct. 4 for Domestic Violence Assault, on Hewett Road, Somerville, by Deputy Jeffrey Rogers, who was assisted by Deputy Ethan Burns.

Timothy Mello, 43, of Fort Myers, Florida was arrested Oct. 7 on a Penobscot County warrant for Failure to Appear on a Violation of Conditions of Release charge, at Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, by Deputy Caleb Poirier.

Wesley A. Glidden, 40, of Jefferson was arrested Oct. 9 on a Penobscot County warrant for Failure to Appear, at Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, by Deputy Jeffrey Rogers.

Accidents

On Oct. 6, an accident occurred on Old Bath Road in Wiscasset involving Thomas B. Kent, 25, of Wiscasset. Mr. Kent was operating his 2019 Chevrolet Colorado southbound when he lost control of his vehicle and left the roadway on the right side, where he collided with several rocks and a tree. Deputy Jerold Winslow was the investigating officer. Wiscasset Police was attempting to stop Mr. Kent, when he took off and lost control.

On Oct. 6, an accident occurred on Route 1 in Newcastle involving Kenneth Ames, 66, of Hope. Mr. Ames was operating his 2018 Kia Rio eastbound on Route 1 when a deer ran out in front of him and was struck. Sgt. Scott Hayden was the investigating officer.
