Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office: 3 arrests

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to 158 calls for service for the period of Jan. 2 to Jan. 8. Year to date, LCSO has responded to 173 calls for service.

Summons

Emily K. Strom, 26, of Warren was issued a summons Jan. 3 for Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, on Route 1, Newcastle, by Detective Jared Mitkus.

Arrests

Kristopher E. Brill, 46, of Farmingdale was arrested Jan. 2 on a Lincoln County warrant, on Bowman Street, Farmingdale, by the Kennebec County Sheriff’s Office, on behalf of an investigation by Detective Matthew Ryan.  Mr. Brill was transported to Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, by Deputy Scott Solorzano.

Luke L. Gardiner, 43, of Nobleboro was arrested Jan. 5 for Eluding an Officer; Operating under the Influence – 1 prior and Driving to Endanger, on Main Street, Nobleboro, by Deputy Ethan Burns, who was assisted by Damariscotta Officer Phillippe Tessier.

Tayler K. Giacomaro, 37, of Boothbay was arrested Jan. 7 for Domestic Violence Assault, on Beath Road, Boothbay, by Deputy Nathaniel Aronson, who was assisted by Sgt. Jonathan Colby.

Accident

On Jan. 2, an accident occurred on Bunker Hill Road in Jefferson involving Vince S. Cunningham, 49, of Jefferson. Mr. Cunningham was operating his 2019 Mercedes-Benz Sprint southbound when a deer entered the roadway from the northbound ditch and was struck.  Sgt. Kevin Dennison was the investigating officer.
