Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office: 4 arrests

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to 277 calls for service for the period of Jan. 8 to Jan. 16. Year to date, LCSO has responded to 450 calls for service.

Summonses

Eric J. Doughty, 48, of Boothbay Harbor was issued a summons Jan. 12 for Operating after License is Suspended or Revoked, on Townsend Avenue, Boothbay Harbor, by Deputy Samuel Alexander.

Scott W. Delano, 37, of Waldoboro was issued summonses Jan. 12 for Violating Condition of Release and Attaching False Plates, on Atlantic Hwy., Waldoboro, by Deputy Samuel Alexander.

Christopher Leonard, 57, of Palermo was issued a summons Jan. 12 for Operating while License is Suspended or Revoked – OUI, on Main Street, Whitefield, by Deputy Jerold Winslow.

Trever J. Grady, 48, of Whitefield was issued a summons Jan. 13 for Operating with a Suspended Registration, on Main Street, Windsor, by Deputy Samuel Alexander.

Michael E. Holbrook, 52, of Boothbay was issued a summons Jan. 14 for Attaching False Plates, on Ocean Point Road, Boothbay, by Deputy Samuel Alexander.

Arrests

Anthony M. Feltis, 38, of Waldoboro was arrested Jan. 8 for Operating under the Influence (Drugs or Combo), on Augusta Road, Jefferson, by Deputy Scott Solorzano.

Andrew R. Davis, 46, of Boothbay Harbor was arrested Jan. 13 for Operating under the Influence, on Townsend Avenue, Boothbay Harbor, by Sgt. Kevin Dennison.

Christopher Townsend, 50, of Jefferson was arrested Jan. 13 for Operating under the Influence and Driving to Endanger, on Blinn Hill Road, Dresden, by Deputy Nathaniel Aronson, who was assisted by Deputy Kasey Doyle.

Felicia Giles, 43, of Edgecomb was arrested Jan. 14 on a Lincoln County District Court warrant for Violation of Bail, on Townsend Avenue, Boothbay Harbor, by Deputy Samuel Alexander.

Accidents

On Jan. 8, an accident occurred on Upper East Pond Road in Nobleboro involving Sierra H. Henderson, 21, of Nobleboro. Ms. Henderson was operating her 2011 Chevrolet Cruze southbound when she lost control of her vehicle, crossed the centerline, where she traveled into a ditch and struck a tree. Sgt. Kevin Dennison was the investigating officer.

On Jan. 8, an accident occurred on Jones Woods Road in Newcastle involving Matthew A. Cole, 34, of Waterville and Nikolas A. Grant, 20, of Mount Vernon. Mr. Cole was operating his 2013 Ford Taurus eastbound behind Mr. Grant’s 2016 Dodge 1500, who was also traveling eastbound, when he rear-ended Grant’s vehicle. Cole stated he could not see Grant’s vehicle because of the sun. Deputy Owen Beattie was the investigating officer.

On Jan. 8, an accident occurred on Augusta Road in Jefferson involving Anthony M. Feltis, 38, of Waldoboro. Mr. Feltis was operating his 2016 Ford Edge northbound when he lost control of his vehicle, entered the northbound ditch and struck a telephone pole. Sgt. Kevin Dennison was the investigating officer.

On Jan. 9, an accident occurred on River Road in Edgecomb involving Lori Dishman, 54, of Bristol. Ms. Dishman was operating her 2006 Pontiac Torrence northbound when she lost control of her vehicle, entered the northbound lane, where she then continued into a fence before striking a telephone pole. Sgt. Kevin Dennison was the investigating officer.

On Jan. 9, an accident occurred on Turner Road in Bremen involving Adrian Oliver, 16, of Waldoboro. Mr. Oliver was operating his 2008 Subaru Outback eastbound on Turner Road. The roads were icy and slushy and Mr. Oliver was driving too fast for the road conditions and crossed the centerline. As a result, his vehicle left the roadway and collided with several trees before coming to rest. Deputy Jerold Winslow was the investigating officer.

On Jan. 10, an accident occurred on Augusta Road in Jefferson involving Robert E. Mason, 44, of Waterville. Mr. Mason was operating his 2023 Chevrolet 1500 southbound when he lost control of his vehicle after entering standing water at the bottom of a hill. As a result, he crossed the centerline and entered the northbound ditch. Sgt. Kevin Dennison was the investigating officer.

On Jan. 10, an accident occurred on State Route 32 in Bristol involving Bridgette S. Konitzky, 43, of Bristol. Ms. Konitzky was operating her 2021 Ford Explorer northbound when a deer ran out in front of her and was struck. Deputy Ethan Burns was the investigating officer.

On Jan. 13, an accident occurred on Route 1 in Newcastle involving Tate M. Whitmore, 18, of Edgecomb. Mr. Whitmore was operating his 2008 Audi A3 southbound on a slush covered roadway, with snow and rain falling. As a result, he lost control of his vehicle and traveled off the roadway on the right, down into a ditch where he then struck an embankment. Sgt. Scott Hayden was the investigating officer.
