Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office: 6 arrests

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to 205 calls for service for the period of Nov. 7 to Nov. 14. Year to Date, LCSO has responded to 9,840 calls for service.

Summons

Kenneth J. Swift, 51, of Whitefield was issued a summons Nov. 7 for Failure to Comply Sex Offender Registry Act – 1st Offense, on Hilton Road, Whitefield, by Detective Sgt. Ronald Rollins.

Arrests

Joseph Harvey, 46, of Lewiston was arrested Nov. 7 on an Androscoggin County warrant for Failure to Appear on an Operating without a License charge, on Elm Street, Damariscotta, by Deputy Caleb Poirier.

Brandon Jimenez-Roberts, 31, of Waldoboro was arrested Nov. 7 for Operating under the Influence, on Augusta Road, Jefferson, by Deputy Caleb Poirier.

Robert H. Blanchard, 53, of Bristol was arrested Nov. 8 for a Knox County warrant for Failure to Appear on a Negotiating a Worthless Instrument charge; Operating while License is Suspended or Revoked – Prior; Attaching False Plates; Displaying Fictitious Inspection Sticker and Violating Condition of Release, on Shore Road, Bristol, by Sgt. Scott Hayden.

David E. Gore, 48, of Nobleboro was arrested Nov. 12 for Operating under the Influence, on US Route 1, Damariscotta, by Deputy Jerold Winslow.

Harlow J. Libby, 67, of Whitefield was arrested Nov. 12 for Domestic Violence Assault, on Forest Road, Newcastle, by Deputy Kasey Doyle.

Ricky Coffin, 40, of Bristol was arrested Nov. 13 for Domestic Violence Assault – Prior DV and Assault, on State Route 32, Bristol, by Deputy Caleb Poirier.

Accidents

On Nov. 7, an accident occurred on River Road in Boothbay involving Daniel N. Tyson, 64, of Boothbay. Mr. Tyson was operating his 2014 Audi Q7 northbound when a deer ran into the roadway and struck his vehicle, then ran off into the woods. As a result, his vehicle sustained damage to the plastic front grill and he was able to drive from the scene. Deputy Scott Solorzano was the investigating officer.

On Nov. 8, an accident occurred on Waldoboro Road in Bremen involving Jacob White, 23, of Waldoboro. Mr. White was operating his 2020 GMC F150 southbound when a deer ran in front of him and was struck, causing minor front damage to his vehicle. Deputy Jeffrey Rogers was the investigating officer.

On Nov. 8, an accident occurred on East River Road in Whitefield involving Tyler J. Truman, 41, of Jefferson. Mr. Truman was operating his 2012 Chevrolet Impala northbound when a horse entered the roadway and struck his vehicle, causing driver’s side front quarter damage. Deputy Jeffrey Rogers was the investigating officer.

On Nov. 9, an accident occurred on Rockland Road in Whitefield involving Stanley P. Follett, 57, of Sanford. Mr. Follett was operating his 2020 Ford west when a deer came out from the right side and stopped in the roadway. As a result, he struck the deer, causing damage to the front of his vehicle. Deputy Owen Beattie was the investigating officer.

On Nov. 10, an accident occurred on US Route 1 in Nobleboro involving Tyler F. Lowell, 40, of Warren. Mr. Lowell was operating his 2008 Ford Focus southbound when a deer ran into the roadway and struck his vehicle. Deputy Nathan Yeaton was the investigating officer.

On Nov. 11, an accident occurred on Rockland Road in Jefferson involving Tiffany Norton, 44, of Jefferson. Ms. Norton was operating her 2020 Chrysler Pacifica westbound when a deer entered the roadway and collided with her vehicle. Deputy Jerold Winslow was the investigating officer.
