Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office: 6 arrests

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to 210 calls for service for the period of Feb. 6 to Feb. 13. Year to date, LCSO has responded to 1,341 calls for service.

Summonses

Michelle M. Leonard, 57, of Waldoboro was issued a summons Feb. 6 for Failure to Register Vehicle, on Route 1, Edgecomb, by Deputy Owen Beattie.

Sara Lentz, 51, of Edgecomb was issued a summons Feb. 10 for Violating Condition of Release, on Flood Avenue, Wiscasset, by Deputy Samuel Alexander.

Tylee S. Tran, 25, of Edgecomb was issued a summons Feb. 11 for Operating while License is Suspended or Revoked – Prior, on Bath Road, Wiscasset, by Sgt. Scott Hayden.

Kevin J. Warner, 42, of Bath was issued a summons Feb. 11 for Domestic Violence Criminal Mischief, on Kaleb Way, Dresden, by Deputy Samuel Alexander.

George Ganson, Jr., 40, of Bristol was issued a summons Feb. 11 for Operating while License is Suspended/Revoked- OUI, 3 Priors, on Bristol Road, Bristol, by Sgt. Scott Hayden

Arrests

Tony D. Cocco, 25, of Edgecomb was arrested Feb. 7 for Domestic Violence Aggravated Assault; Violating Condition of Release and one Boothbay Harbor Failure to Appear warrant, on Route 1, Edgecomb, by Deputy Owen Beattie.

Marc A. Willey, II, of Carmel was arrested Feb. 7 on a Penobscot County warrant for Failure to Report, at Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, by Deputy Jerold Winslow.

Alexander H. Nielsen, 33, of Boothbay was arrested Feb. 8 for Operating under the Influence (Drugs or Combo) – Injury, on Boothbay Road, Edgecomb, by Deputy Jerold Winslow.  This arrest was on a warrant issued after an investigation into a recent accident by Sgt. Kevin Dennison.

Dymond J. Malmstrom, 28, of Bristol was arrested Feb. 10 for Domestic Violence Terrorizing, on Bristol Road, Bristol, by Deputy Scott Solorzano, who was assisted by Sgt. Scott Hayden.

Douglas L. Pedersen, 65, of Boothbay was arrested Feb. 10 for Domestic Violence Assault, on Oak Hill Road, Boothbay, by Deputy Samuel Alexander.

Sarek R. Wilson, 27, of Boothbay was arrested Feb. 11 for Aggravated Assault; Eluding an Officer; Operating under the Influence; Driving to Endanger; Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention and Disorderly Conduct, on Sawyers Island Road, Boothbay, by Deputy Nathaniel Aronson, who was assisted by Deputy Caleb Poirier.

Accidents

On Feb. 6, an accident occurred on Pond Road in Newcastle involving Derek G.W. Proctor, 29, of Troy. Mr. Proctor was operating his 2021 Chevrolet Z71 southbound when he observed a deer enter the roadway and struck it.  Sgt. Kevin Dennison was the investigating officer.
