Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office: Eight summonses

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to 219 calls for service for the period of Dec. 19 to Dec. 27. Year to date, LCSO has responded to 10,905 calls for service.

Summonses

Kailee Campbell, 19, of Boothbay was issued a summons Dec. 14 for Dissemination of Sexually Explicit Material, on Back Narrows Road, Boothbay, by Detective Jared Mitkus.

Shane Spaulding, 23, of Saco was issued a summons Dec. 19 for Criminal Conspiracy, on Hearn Road, Saco, by Detective Jared Mitkus.

Crystal L. Potter, 33, of Whitefield was issued a summons Dec. 20 for Operating while License is Suspended or Revoked, on Townhouse Road, Whitefield, by Sgt. Scott Hayden.

Jonathan G. Paul, 42, of Waldoboro was issued a summons Dec. 21 for Failing to Make Oral or Written Accident Report, on Medomak Road, Bremen, by Deputy Owen Beattie.

Shane J. Elliott, 23, of Windsor was issued a summons Dec. 23 for Criminal Mischief, on Main Street, Whitefield, by Sgt. Scott Hayden.

Jamie D. Young, 44, of Edgecomb was issued a summons Dec. 23 for Operating while License is Suspended or Revoked, on Route 1, Edgecomb, by Deputy Samuel Alexander.

Timothy Haley, 49, of Whitefield was issued a summons Dec. 26 for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registry Act – 2nd Offense, on Jefferson Road, Whitefield, by Detective Jared Mitkus.

Draco W. Peaslee, 24, of Boothbay was issued a summons Dec. 26 for Theft by Unauthorized Use of Property, on Pension Ridge Road, Boothbay, by Deputy Caleb Poirier.

Arrests

Benjamin N. Erskine, 43, of Waldoboro was arrested Dec. 21 for Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, on Thompson Inn Road, South Bristol, by Detective Sgt. Ronald Rollins, who was assisted by Detective Ryan Chubbuck and Deputy Mark Fortin.

Donald A. Maloney, 70, of Newcastle was arrested Dec. 23 for Operating under the Influence, on Bremen Road, Waldoboro, by Deputy Nathan Yeaton.

Accident

On Dec. 20, an accident occurred on State Route 32 in Bristol involving Cynthia C. Currier, 75, of Caribou. Ms. Currier was operating her 2011 Toyota Tundra southbound when she struck a tree that had fallen across the roadway. Ms. Currier advised that she did not see the tree before it was too late, due to the glare from sunlight. Deputy Ethan Burns was the investigating officer.
