Wiscasset Police Department reported the following for Oct. 1-31:

Arrests/Summonses 

Oct. 4, Brendon Mclellan, 37, of Edgecomb was summonsed for False Identification of Registration, by Officer Hunter Farrell.

Oct. 6, Matthew Main, 22, of Newcastle was summonsed for Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, by Farrell.

Oct. 6, Thomas Kent, 25, of Wiscasset was arrested for OUI (alcohol), Motor Vehicle Speeding 30+ over speed limit, Driving to Endanger and Failing to Stop for Officer, by Farrell.

Oct. 9, Audrianna Bennett, 31, of Wiscasset was summonsed for Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, by Farrell.

Oct. 10, Joseph Marco, 54, of Wiscasset was arrested for Domestic Violence Aggravated Assault, Criminal Threatening and Disorderly Conduct, by Chief Lawrence Hesseltine and Officer Jonathan  Barnes.

Oct. 17, Cindy Landry, 54, of Nobleboro was arrested for OUI (alcohol), by Officer Nathan Willhoite.

Oct. 18, Camden Reiss, 26, of Westport Island was arrested for OUI (alcohol), by Farrell.

Oct. 19, Kaleigh-Ann Maloney, 18, of Newcastle was summonsed for Aggravated Criminal Mischief, by Barnes.

Oct. 21, Joshua Shirey, 40, of Woolwich was arrested for Operating After License Suspension, Attaching False Plates, Failing to Make Oral or Written Accident Report and Violating Conditions of Release, by Willhoite.

Oct. 24, David Doray, 49, of Wiscasset was arrested for Domestic Violence Assault, by Farrell.

Oct. 24, Gerald Parrales-Gonzalez, 29, of Portland was summonsed for Operating Vehicle Without a License, by Farrell.

Oct. 27, Brian Tomacelli, 37, of Damariscotta was summonsed for Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, by Farrell.

Oct. 28, Michael Giles, 44, of Wiscasset was arrested for OUI (alcohol), Failing to Stop for an Officer and Motor Vehicle Speeding 30+MPH, by Farrell.

Oct. 29, Gil Plaster, 40, of Biddeford was summonsed for Operating with Suspended Registration and Operating After Suspension, by Farrell.

Oct. 29, Kysten Wallace, 37, of Wiscasset was arrested for Criminal Threatening with a Dangerous Weapon and Violating Conditions of Release, by Willhoite.

Oct. 31, Mark Delmastro, 63, of Wiscasset was arrested for OUI (alcohol), by Willhoite.

Accidents

Oct. 1, Farrell responded to an accident on Gardiner Road. Alexander Webber, 25, of Westport Island was traveling southbound and left the roadway, striking a mailbox and a tree. No injuries were reported.

Oct. 2, Hesseltine responded to an accident in a private parking lot on Bath Road. Paul Swidrak, 52, of Woolwich was backing out of a space and struck the vehicle of Melissa Jones, 49, of Westport Island. No injuries were reported.

Oct. 13, Sergeant Perry Hatch responded to an accident on Bath Road. Grant A. Sprague, 35, of Newton Falls, Ohio was stopped in traffic. Sharif H. Uzzaman, 64, of Brooklyn, New York attempted to drive past Sprague to get into the turn lane and struck the vehicle. No injuries were reported.

Oct. 21, Willhoite responded to an accident on Willow Lane. Joshua Shirey, 40, of Woolwich was traveling westbound and left the roadway. No injuries were reported.
