On Tuesday, Edgecomb voters supported three of four state referendum ballot questions. The only ballot question not receiving local or statewide support was a measure which would have allowed slot machines or a casino in York County. Edgecomb voters opposed that measure 46 to 361.

Edgecomb voters supported the other three questions by wide margins. Local voters supported an act to expand Medicaid eligibility, 260 to 146; a state bond for improving highways, bridges, multi-modal facilities and upgrading municipal culverts, 302 to 101; and a constitutional amendment designed to reduce volatility in the state’s pension system, 242 to 144.
